Delivery times:

We aim to despatch orders within 3-4 business days though many orders are processed same or next day unless an item is out of stock.

Please note, during August and September orders may take approx 2 weeks - please order early to avoid disappointment.

Shipping:

Our mainland UK shipping rates are as follows:
orders with less than 3 items - £2.90
orders with 3+ items - £4.50

Please contact us at [email protected] before purchasing for a quote for the extra delivery cost if you are ordering from overseas or outlying areas of the UK.

Returns:

Please contact us on 02380 651278 or by email at [email protected] to arrange the return of any ordered items. Please include the original order number and customer contact and delivery details with the returned items. If you intend to return the incorrect items to your local Skoolkit branch then you can arrange replacement items to be collected from that branch also.

All items returned must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered with any packaging intact.

Incorrectly purchased items must be returned at your own cost. Where items are required as a replacement for incorrectly purchased items we will send the first replacement delivery free of charge.

Faulty and incorrectly delivered items will be refunded or replaced free of charge and any return costs will be refunded.

You can return items to any of our branches free of charge and, if arranged , replacement items can be collected at the same time.
